5 New Lenovo Laptops Using Ivy Bridge Chip

These products come in various youthful colors and Intel’s next-generation processors.

Lenovo introduced 5 new laptops using Ivy Bridge, in G and IdeaPad series. The brand’s new models include Lenovo G480, G580, IdeaPad Z380, Z480 Z580.

G480 and G580 are equipped with DDR3 RAM and 1TB storage. The laptops have various youthful colors: dark brown, blue and red. These two models use AccuType keyboard. G580 is supplemented with number keyboard for easier input. Users can choose either integrated Intel graphic card or Nvidia GeForce GT630 with 1GB of VRAM. Besides, the device is also equipped with Bluray drive. Starting cost is $10.29 for Core i3 version.

IdeaPad Z series have 3 options for colors: ivory white, red, blue and pink, with 3D effect. The manufacturer said, only grey colored version didn’t have this effect. Three Z series models come with 16:9 HD LED monitor, 0.3MP webcam, Nvidia GeForce GT640M VGU plus 2GB of VRAM. Users can choose drive for either DVD or Bluray. Furthermore, these three models are integrated with Intel WiDi technology for sharing content to TV. Prices of Z series laptops start at $650.
