Modern design, good usability and an
attractive price which is more than 150USD are what people have praised LG
Optimus L3, a popular Android smartphone.
LG
Optimus L3 has full features of an Android smartphone supporting many
connections.
Optimus L series was Android smartphone
product line launched by LG at MWC 2012 event earlier this year. Among it, L3
was a small model and considered to inherit Optimus Me P350 (195 USD) last year
but it had a better price. With the list price which was nearly 160 USD, L3
smartphone of LG had a better price than Galaxy Y.

Design
Design is the advantage and attraction of
this new smartphone of LG compared with their predecessor such as Optimus Me,
Optimus One or rival models such as Galaxy Pocket or Galaxy Y. LG Optimus L3 is
a small smartphone that has spectacular appearance because of inheriting modern
design features as L Style, the latest design philosophy of LG.
LG
Optimus L3 is the smartphone with cheap price and beautiful design.
Rectangular
Home and two touch buttons are beside the screen.
LG Optimus L3 has square style. Four edges
of the mobile phone are surrounded by metal layer which is brighter and more
outstanding than black tone of the whole phone. This design helps LG Optimus L3
become stunning and attractive compared with other small models in the same
price range. Besides that, metal edges also help the phone become firmer and
sturdier when holding. There is no any Android phone that can do this at common
price.
The front of LG Optimus L3 is a multi-touch
screen with the hard Home button underlying with touch Menu and Back keys.
There is a speaker above with a logo. There is not secondary camera as well as
notification LED. Basically, the phone is quite balanced and suitable for
holding and controlling on the touch screen.
A
firm cover surrounds the phone
Headphone
jack and power button are on the top of the phone. The back cover is a bit
prominent that makes us feel it is the speaker of the phone.
MicroUSB
port is located on the bottom edge.
On the side of the phone, LG did not put
many details, but instead, there is only a simple flat black button to control
the volume. There is no button in the left side while the top of the phone is
the place for headphone jack and power button. MicroUSB port for connecting and
charging battery is located in the bottom.
The
back is plastic layer with sophisticated design. Unlike other cheap
smartphones, it is divided into different details
The back is a commendable point in the
design of LG Optimus L3. Using plastic with embossed modern patterns brings
firm and strong feeling, as well as increases the aesthetic of the product. 3.0
megapixel camera is designed carefully with a metal strip surrounded though
there is no flash to support light.
LG Optimus L3 possesses a 3.2-inch screen,
a size which is large enough for users to manipulate the multi-touch screen,
surf the web or watch movies…However, the shortcoming of LG Android model is
the low resolution, only 240 x 320 pixel and the display capability is just
265,000 colors so images are not sharp when we look closely and colors are also
not lively. However, when surfing the web and reading text, the actual display
capability of L3 is pretty good.
