X100S is valuable upgraded version
that has X-Trans sensor, optical cross-bred object-finder and EVF (similar to
X-Prol in the same auto focusing system) is considered the fastest among
products with the same type.
Fujifilm released upgraded version of X100
and its name is X100S. This product overcomes a lot of weak points of the
previous generation. In addition, it also brings features to high ranking
mirrorless of firm: X-Prol.
The
Fujifilm X100s and X20 camera
First of all, we have to mention to
focusing system that is affirmed the fastest in the world (comparing with
camera models that uses APS-C sensor and not change lens) with speed 0.08
second. 2 big characteristics that are liked on X-E1 and X-Pro1 also appear on
this products are APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor with 16.3-megapixel resolution
whose quality is similar to full-frame camera. This camera’s object-finder is
also transferred into cross-bred form between optical object finder and EVF
electric object finder that have the same the covering rate to 100% of picture
frame.
X100S that combines with EXR Processor II
image processor will promise to increase the ability of neutralizing noise of
image at the same ISO to 30% (comparing to 100). This is product that has
integrated sensor can detect feature due to phase. It is also similar to EOS
650D model of Canon. Latency of camera’s shutter stops at the rate 0.01 second.
Fujifilm
X100S
This product also has unique technology:
Digital Split Image that allows displaying 2 images on the screen at the same
time on the left and on the right to serve for focusing by hand. Product’s lens
is the kind that has FUJINON 23mm f/2 fixed focal distance. Back screen’s size
is 2.8 inches with 460,000 pixel resolution.
X100S doesn’t have many changes about
exterior style. Designed features are preserved and it is mainly added with
character “S” ahead.
Fujifilm
X20
In lower part, Fujifilm also introduces X20
– the version that is upgraded from X10 version. This product is also equipped
with X-Trans CMOS II sensor with 2/3 inch size and 12 megapixel resolution. It
also has lens that has big aperture from f2-2.8 and 4x optical zoom.
X20 can record Full HD standard video with
speed of 60 pictures/second. Camera has colors: one is fully black, the other
includes black to bottom and silver to the top.
The two cameras
have a lot in common - both use X-Trans CMOS sensors with on-chip
phase-detection AF, offer optical viewfinders with detailed information
overlays, and have similar control layouts. But while the X20 uses a
2/3" sensor and 28-112mm equivalent fast zoom lens, the X100S has a
larger APS-C sensor and fixed focal length 35mm equivalent F2 lens.
