Handling

The plastic body

The plastic body

This camera is compact with a plastic body, with the on / off mode and shoot with the zoom control. On the back are the home and menu button, as well as Wi-Fi sharing buttons directly. The home button lets you choose from the extensive mode, while the Menu button allows you to set the shooting options. There is also quick access to flash, macro and self-timer on the 4-way controller, with the play and delete button below. There is very little to grip hand on to either at the front or the back, so the use of the wrist strap is provided to prevent you from dropping the camera. The camera is extremely compact making it easy to put into the small pocket.

Camera interface

The menu is very clear and easy to navigate, with all the modes represented with clear colorful icons spread over the screen, as well as text to indicate what the mode it is. The screen is clear enough, though it is smaller than other compact camera, 2.7inch size only. The front screen is small at 1.5 inches and low resolution, but also helps create a useful display for shooting yourself, according to the group, or to display a countdown timer. It can also be used for children's entertainment, which can get their attention.

Camera battery

The main attractions when using Wi-Fi are the ability to upload directly to Facebook and connecting to a smartphone to transfer photos and use as a mobile viewfinder. All with just a simple process is connecting your Wi-Fi network and following the instructions on the screen. Working with smartphones, you will also need to download apps on the devices. Battery life is not rated by Samsung. However, we can have a fair number of photos without having to recharge the battery.
