To commemorate the release of mini iPad, we gathered 17 other
famous minis, researched how each mini can connect to Apple.
The technology world suddenly becomes mad about mini. Apple
released a smaller version of iPad tablet named mini iPad. And Samsung - the
mischievous rival - has Galaxy S III mini Android smartphone for the lawyer of
Apple to research.
In order to glorify these new minis, we gathered a group of
other legend mini products and tested them and relate them to apple.
iPod mini
The first Apple mini is mini iPod version 2004, and it was a
resounding successful – to the extent that is was sold out. Mini iPod is physically
smaller than iPod and has the capacity reduction (4GB at first). But maybe the
reasons for its success are not from the size but from the number of colors
similar to those of metal: silver, green, blue, pink and yellow.

Mac mini
This line of Mac
aims to attract the PC owners who wear iPod.
After the commercial failure of Power Mac G4 Cube, Apple renounced
this mini Mac line in half a decade before whittling Cube about 1/5 and
creating mini Mac 5cm height. This line of Mac aims to attract the PC owners
who wear iPod.
Sadly, mini Mac was never a resounding success. Like Cube, it
seems too small to have an excessively high price, especially because you still
have to buy the screen, the keyboard and the mouse. The original version of Mini
Mac has a charger which has a size of 1/3 of a computer. And strangely, to add the memory, you need to prize up the
face with a putty knife.
Mini
Of course, the most famous mini is the British motoring icon
in the 1960s, the Mini Morris, which was seen in movies such as The Italian
Job. Designed by Sir Alex Issigonis, this frugal Mini redefined the city’s
family cars, and was put into production after the gasoline rationing due to
the Suez Canal Crisis.
It’s very too small as compared with other vehicles at that
time, to the extent that it’s called not only mini but also Mini Minor. Considered
as a symbol of England such as Big Ben clock tower, double decker bus, bowler
hat, red booth and rain, finally, mini is refurbish by BMW of German.
Related to Apple: dissimilar to Apple products,
Mini cars are sparing model. However, like iPhone, its designer is conferred
Knight title afterwards. The star of “Think Different” and the idol of Steve
Jobs, John Lennon (Apple Corps of Lennon sued Apple Computer many times at the
court), the person who owns the famous Mini (which is essentially another strange
coincidence because Mini is inspired by VW Beetle).
The most famous
mini will definitely be the car icon of England in the 1960s.
Miniskirt
Another symbol of England in the 1960s is a miniskirt, of
which Mary Quant named her favorite car. This miniskirt caused intense
controversy because of the reveal of the women’s leg.
Related to Apple: I have no idea, but I promise
to keep on finding out about it.
