Handling

The top of the camera owns an aluminum stylish design, with the flash hot-shoe, Wi-Fi button, shutter release, mode dial and stereo microphone. The on-off switch surrounds the release button and underneath is the command wheel which is used to control the zooming.

Although the textured front grip is made of tough plastic, it provides a high resistance level. At the back, you will see a rubber thumb grip, which has a proper size, and the video record button which is wisely positioned, which reduces the probability of pressing it accidentally.

With the 90 degrees tilting screen, the camera produces the best top view, although it is only able to tilts 45 degrees down. Setting the focus point, touch and shoot or switching on/off the touch shooting options can all be done by using the touch screen.

At the bottom of the camera stand the usual tripod socket and battery/ memory compartment. The battery life is estimated to be 320 shots, according to Samsung / CIPA standards. It should be noted that using Wi-Fi easily drain the battery and we recommend you to have your camera charged or own a spare battery if you plan to use the Wi-Fi features a lot.
