Galaxy S4’s Most Attractive Features

The mania of Galaxy S4 is cooling down after this blockbuster was released on March 14th. There are no major changes in style except for being thinner and slighter than Samsung Galaxy S III; however, the latest innovations in Galaxy S4 is its internal software features. Here are some interesting features that Samsung has equipped with Galaxy S4.

Dual camera

Samsung’s Camera app has more features than Android’s original camera app and with this Galaxy S4, which is probably what attracts Korean brand.

On specifications, Galaxy S4 has a camera sensor with a resolution of 13MP, promises to produce high quality photos. However, making the smartphone become special is its accompanied software’s features. Among these features, the most useful and pragmatic one is Dual Camera which allows photo shooting/video recording, two in one. For example, a small corner frame will use images recorded from the front camera while the bigger frame outside use images from the main camera, and vice versa.

Moreover, users can also select from different frames for sub photos on the corner. You’ll find this useful when taking photos with friends or family that you don’t want to miss your face.

Smart Scroll/ Smart Pause

Smart Scroll will move paragraphs automatically depending where your eyes are looking at on the screen. Android’s default options, Chrome, Gmail app, Email,.. will support the feature. Users can also customize the scrolling speed.

In addition, Galaxy S4 also uses a new feature called Smart Pause. This allows the device to pause the video if the user is not looking at the screen. Smart Pause will help you not to miss any compelling scenes by using eye contact sensor, but sometimes this is annoying because of wrong recognition.

Floating touch

One of Galaxy S4’s interesting features is its touch capabilities without ever touching the display, just like S Pen of Galaxy Note II. Users can hover hands over the screen a few cm to preview content. For example, you can put a finger on the title of an email or SMS message to. This feature is called Air View.

Another feature uses floating touch technology is Air Gesture, which allows Galaxy S4’s users to answer the call by waving hand via the screen. With the same movement can also help you to switch tab options or tracks. This interesting technology will limit effect on the screen and dust effectively.

S Translator

S Translator deserves to be a “translator” for Samsung’s followers. This software can understand 9 different spoken languages, helps to translate speech into text and vice versa. Moreover, if users face an intelligible sentence, we can capture it and then S Translator will translate it smoothly.

S Health

Samsung Galaxy S4 is not only a smartphone for communication and entertainment but also a talent electronic doctor who always by your side. This blockbuster is integrated with Pedometer to estimate distance by counting user’s steps. Users can also capture their menu to calculate calories consumed each day and evaluate their eating habits.

WathOn video is a feature that is integrated with infrared sensor, allows users to control TV by their own smartphone. Based on that, a built-in IR infrared sensor on Galaxy S4 will allows users to control their TV easily. This feature accompanied by a standard remote and a program guide depending on your supplier. It can control some certain cable services and DVD players.

Cinema Photo

Cinema Photo is probably the most unique feature of Galaxy S4 which allows users capture series of photos, moving a component on the photo while the others remain in active mode. Basically, Cinema Photo will let you produce Cinemagram animations, which is very popular nowadays.

Group Play

Another interesting feature on Galaxy S4 is Eraser Shot, which allows users to capture photos quickly, defect motions automatically and then remove them in order to produce perfect photos. In addition, with this technology, users can take pictures while there are many people around without worrying about their appearance in your pictures.
