Hardkernel producer from South Korea has
just introduced a motherboard for developers to build a tiny computer system
for themselves. This product is named “ODroid-X” and Samsung’s quad-core
processor Exynos 4412 (1,4GHz) and 1GB RAM are integrated inside.

It is one of the rare motherboards that use
quad-core CPU; other products are using single-core or dual-core CPU. ODroid-X
supports Android 4.0.4 and other distro Linux versions that are compatible with
CPU ARM such as Ubuntu 12.04. It has many popular connections, including 6 USB
2.0 ports, micro USB, micro HDM, SD slot, Gigabit Ethernet. Also, Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth are optional. ODroid-X has the dimensions of 90 x 94 mm and will
officially be sold worldwide at the end of this month. RRP: 129 USD.
