The LEPA CASINO 4C (LPVC4C12P) is completely different from the LEPA 70D according to type and purpose but it comes in the same packaging except for the lines of texts.

Coming with the fan are four screws and a PATA power adapter. There is also an outstanding switch on the fan.

The LEPA Casino 4C is the priest LEPA model in review test and priced at $20. Its country of origin and warranty are similar to those of the LEPA 70D but it appears completely different.

The transparent 7-blade impeller looks as if it is made of glass. Accompanying the slim frame is a mesh rectifying the airflow plus making this fan more beautiful. There is a line of LEDs on the frame’s interior surface.

They are totally 36 LEDs: 9 LEDs for each color (blue, red, green and white).

Hence, when operating the fan looks noticeable thanks to the colorful LEDs.

The accompanying switch allows for choosing one of five LED-lighting modes or turning them off.

For its technical specs, the LEPA Casino 4C is regulated by PWM technology in a speed of 600-1,600RPM, producing an airflow of 24.9-63.9CFM, a static pressure of 0.66-2.18mm of water, and 15-25dBA of noise. The fan has a top power consumption of 4.8W, but it is not a problem because of the Led system’s beauty. The diameters of impeller and motor are respectively, 111mm and 40mm. The fan weighs 126g.

What differentiates this model is that it uses only one color (blue) lighting. It still owns 5 operation modes and can be turned off.

When operating, this fan may be even prettier than the colorful LEPA Casino 4C above.

Indeed, that’s up to each user’s custom. We just add that this model consumes 1W less plus costs ($16) $4 less than the Casino 4C.

Nanoxia FX EVO 120 IFC 1600

The following is Nanoxia’s FX EVO 120 IFC 1600. Its packaging may be familiar with you already as we have tested these fan of the series in three previous consecutive reviews.

The fan is attached with several silicone pins, screws, and a controller designed as a shelf.

Made in China, the fan costs $15, plus a 10-year warranty. Its weight is only 103g and its 7-blade impeller’s diameter is 113mm.

The FX EVO 120 IFC 1600 is, in fact, looks no different from models in the same series.

But its top speed can go beyond 1,600RPM. As a result, the peak airflow produced is 60.3CFM, the static pressure is 1.45mm of water, and the noise level is 20.3dBA. The FX EVO 120 IFC 1600 has all the features of other Nanoxia fans: makrolon blades, dual Nano bearings technology, ECO motor with low startup voltage and others.

The fan consumes under 1.56W. The 430mm cable is long enough to reach any area of the mainboard or any controller similar to the one included.
