Sony Introduced 3 New Phones In Xperia Series: Tipo, Miro And Ion

Sony has just introduced 3 new models in Xperia series. Each model has its own features: there are 2-SIM card models, models for social network-favored users and an advanced model equipped with 4G connection and 12Mp Camera.

Xperia tip has 2 versions (1 SIM card and 2 SIM cards). This model has tiny design; the body is a little bit thick; and the back cover is cylindrically grinded. Xperia Tipo is equipped with TFT 3.2’’ screen (480 x 320 Pixel), Snapdragon 800MHz processor. Android Ice cream Sandwich is integrated into both versions. The weight is less than 100 gr. This model has 3.2 MP camera, 2.5 GB internal storage which is expandable through a MicroSD card. There is a solid button to transfer from SIM 1 to SIM 2 and vice versa. You can also do this by setting time. The price and release time are unknown yet.

Sony Xperia Miro

More advanced, Xperia Miro is for social network-favored users. Miro has youthful design with 4 colors: black, yellow, pink and silver. The phone is equipped with 3.5-inch screen, 5MP back camera and a front camera for video chat. Currently, there is not much information about the detailed configuration, as well as price. It is known that this model will be sold in Europe markets only.

The most advanced in the 3 products is Xperia Ion. Sony official unclosed information about this phone at CES 2012 at the beginning this year. This is the model which is listed as advanced flagship so it owns a strong figuration. It has 4.6-inch screen, 2 core processor 1.5 GHz, 12MP camera and 4g connection. According to the provided information, Xperia will run Gingerbread, but there is a chance that Ice Cream Sandwich will be updated. Xperia Ion will be available for Europe market only. The price and release date are unknown yet.
