tremendous improvement about both Siri and mobile phone features on iOS 6.
In the very first day of Worldwide
Developers Conference (WWDC) taken place in San Francisco (the USA), the
latest version of operation system for Apple’s mobile devices – iOS 6 was
announced. Instead of integrating plenty of new features or making a huge
change about the interface as iOS 5, iOS 6 concentrated on improving its

Siri is the very first feature

mobile phones, link with phonebook of iOS, direct photo sharing from Gallery or
quickly upload status with shortcut keys in Notification. In iTunes Store and
Game Center, Facebook is also embedded by Apple; therefore, users are allowed
to “Like” the apps.
More polite “Reject Call” option for
the incoming call
Another interesting feature added to iOS 6
by Apple is polite Reject Call. Once there is an incoming call, users can make
a choice among answering, sending SMS or telling them that you will call back
as soon as possible.
Facetime will operate with 3G
connectivity
“Do Not Disturb” mode appears in Settings,
supports users with options about turning off all notifications, phone ringtone
as well as messages when necessary like sleeping time. Apple added that
FaceTime on iOS 6 would be used to connect to the Internet instead of only
dealing with Wi-fi as both iOS 4 and iOS 5.
Safari web browser of iOS 6 has some
similar improvement like on Mac OS X Lion
Like on Mac OS X Lion, Safari web browser
on iOS has couples of new improvements such as iCloud tab browsing support and
Reading List which supports Offline reading mode. Besides, current users are
able to upload photographs directly from Gallery to many websites through
Safari. When surfing on the Internet in portrait screen mode on iPhone, the web
browser will automatically switches to Full screen mode and there will be no
toolbar anymore.
The new map on iOS 6 in replacement
for Google Maps
Apart from the above mentioned features,
one tremendous change on iOS 6 in comparison with its older iterations is Apple
has made the data replacement of Google Maps in Maps application. Except the
data, maps on iOS 6 are refreshed in integration with Siri, allowing to be used
while in the Lock Screen. Moreover, Fly over 3D feature supports users to make
maps with 3D graphics format, similar with 3D Mode of Google Maps on Android.
Beside some tiny features, Mail also

A brand new feature on iOS 6 is Passbook,
which allows management on tickets, digital cards of restaurants, movie

On iOS 6, App Store will be added up
with iTunes
The latest version of iOS includes a bunch
