Create a miniature effect
Open the filter menu
Scroll
down to ‘Creative filters’ and then press SET on the d- pad. Your images will
be displayed.
Press Menu and use the d- pad arrow to
scroll right to the square icon featuring a right- pointing arrow and a single
dot in the corner. Scroll down to ‘Creative filters’ and then press SET on the
d- pad. Your images will be displayed.

Choose an image for your miniature filter.
The effect work better with shots taken at a height from far away as it helps
to accentuate the visual effect. Press the magnifying glass button with the
minus symbol to view all of your images at once.
Select a filter
Press
SET to select the image you want to work with

work with. Then all of the Creative filters will appear on your LCD screen. Use
the arrow keys to scroll through all of the filter options. Search for the
miniature effect and then press SET when you find it.
Adjust the filter effect
Use
the d- pad up and down keys to choose the part of the image you want to keep
sharp

somewhere around the middle where the main image detail or subject is placed.
Press SET to apply the filter. Save by pressing OK.

the touch screen to scroll across the various options until you find the Magic
Frame icon
Switch on the camera and press the Home
icon on the right- hand side of the LCD screen. Use the touch screen to scroll
across the various options until you find the Magic Frame icon. Tap the icon to
select it and look through the options.

can press the menu button in the bottom left of the screen to alter your image
quality, flash options or activate the self- timer
There are 12 preset frames to choose from.
Browse by swiping your finger across the screen and press one to select. You
can press the menu button in the bottom left of the screen to alter your image

Line up your shot
The
preset frame appears on the screen with a space for you to line up your subject

the hole, either landscape or portrait. Press the shutter and the camera
composites your new shot within the frame.

can take pictures of your own frames using My Magic Frame mode. Simply take a
