DMC-G5 has completely new 16 Megapixel
LiveMos sensor, while the DMC-FZ200 model has 26x optical zoom and CMOS sensor.
Along with expected
high-end compact LX7, Panasonic also launched 5 new models, including
mirrorless SLRDMC-G5model, 5 super-zoom models are FZ200, FZ60, FZ62, SZ5
and LS20.

DMC-G5 is upgraded
version of G3 with 16 Megapixel LiveMOSsensor, which is introduced by Panasonic,
it is totally new. Along with the latest generation of Venus Engine processor,
it provides Full HD video recording at 60 frames per second (it is 50 frames in
European market). ISO supports a maximum of 12.800, 23 autofocus points,
integrated flash with approximately 10.5 meters range.
Behind the product,
there is a 3-inch, 920,000-pixel screen. G5 uses an electronic viewfinder with
100% coverage and 1.4x rate. The product weighs 363 grams with dimensions of
120 x 83 x 71 mm.

Japanese camera
companies also launched the DMC-FZ200, 24X super-zoom cameras with f/2.8 aperture
lens and high resolution electronic viewfinder. The camera has CMOS sensor at
12.1-megapixel resolution, shutter speed is 12 frames per second, Full HD video
recording has speed of 60 frames per second, 720p HD recording has speed of 120
frames per second.
Lens with 25-600 mm
focal range of the company is equipped with Power OIS image anti-vibration
system and Nano Surface Coating. Rear screen has size of 3 inches, 460,000-pixel
resolution while the viewfinder has 1.3-megapixel resolution.

Next is the FZ60 with
24x optical zoom model and price cheaper. The camera uses CMOS sensor but it
has no lens and high-resolution viewfinder as FZ200. The product also allows
continuous shooting at 10 frames per second, 1080i60 video recording. It can also
capture 450 pictures per charge. It has Nano Surface Coating for lens with focal
length of 25-600 mm.

Next is the Lumix
DMC-SZ5, this super zoom compact model has good price. It has 14 Megapixel CCD
sensor, 10x optical zoom, 25-250 mm focal range. The product can also record
720p video at 30 frames per second and charge via USB connection.

Finally is the cheap
price LS20 with 21X optical zoom. The machine uses 16 Megapixel CCD sensor and records
720p HD video at 30 frames per second. The rear screen has resolution of
460,000 pixels,
Panasonic has not
